With 13 local authorities and the Scottish Government having declared a national housing emergency, the focus must now shift firmly toward delivery across all housing tenures if we are to increase supply and address this critical issue.

On Tuesday 2 February 2027, the Housing 2050 Scotland conference will take place at the DoubleTree by Hilton, Edinburgh City Centre. We would be delighted if you could join us for a dedicated day of insight, discussion, and knowledge-sharing.

Shirley-Anne Somerville MSP, Cabinet Secretary for Social Justice and Housing, will deliver the keynote address. We will also be joined by leading figures from local government, development, investment, the Scottish housebuilding sector, and representatives from across the political spectrum.

To ensure meaningful dialogue and maximum value for attendees, places are strictly limited to 100 delegates.
