Housing 2050: Shaping Scotland's Housing Future

100 seats. Leading politicians from across the parties. One conversation about the future of housing in Scotland.

Tue 2 February 2027 DoubleTree by Hilton Edinburgh City Centre 9:00am to 3:30pm, drinks to 4:30pm

About Housing 2050

Housing 2050 is a new conference for Scotland's housing sector, built around one simple idea: fewer people in the room means better conversations.

With capacity limited to just 100 delegates, Housing 2050 is designed to be a small, intimate gathering that puts the right people, senior decision makers, political leaders and sector stakeholders, in direct dialogue with one another. This isn't a conference where you sit in a crowd of a thousand. It's one where you get to speak, be heard and build the relationships that shape housing policy in Scotland.

With only 100 places available, Housing 2050 offers a genuinely different kind of access: direct engagement with the people setting housing policy in Scotland, in a room small enough for real conversation rather than a passive audience experience.

Who's in the room

The Cabinet Secretary, party leaders and housing spokespeople, alongside the investors, developers and local authority leaders who deliver Scotland's homes. More speakers will be announced.
