Scotland 2050 conference

Scotland 2050 held its inaugural conference in Edinburgh on 17 June 2025. 

The event brought together leading figures from the world of business, politics, and civic society to share innovative ideas, knowledge, and understanding of where Scotland should aspire to be in 2050.

The date of the 2026 conference will be announced soon in the Scotland 2050 newsletter.

What will Scotland look like in 2050?

Through our conferences and various initiatives, we aim to address current challenges, explore new opportunities, and foster a collaborative environment that will help us to envision what Scotland will look like in the future.
